College music…hard to define, but you know it when you hear it, and They Walk In Line bring to mind the golden age of the genre. My Bloody Valentine and Echo And The Bunnymen are all obvious influences on the band's album. Light on melody but big on atmospherics, Medical Necessities could be considered psychedelic if it weren't so down to earth and direct. Difficult to pigeonhole, maybe They Walk In Line are just ahead of their time. If so, the world of rock music will be a better place when their time does come.
